BESTLINK NETWARE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Section 1: Placing-an-Order Procedure

BestLink Netware offers 4 easy ways to place orders:

1. BestLink Netware Web Order
The most efficient way to place an order is through the BestLink Netware website. Simply locate the item(s) you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once the items are added, proceed to checkout. To save even more time, if you know the SKU(s) of the product(s) you wish to order, you can use our "Quick-Order" tool which will help expedite the checkout process.

There are two ways to use the Quick Order form:
1. Simply enter Product ID and quantity in the form.
a. Enter Product ID:
· Product description and carton quantity will be shown.
· Use tab key to move to next entry
b. Enter PO quantity:
You may want to adjust PO quantity to match carton quantity
If the PO quantity exceeds our available stock , the available quantity and ETA of next shipment will be shown.
Please note we may not be able to ship all available quantity however. We will call you or send e-mail to notify when that is going to be the case.
c.When all items are entered, proceed to checkout by clicking “checkout”.
The form can accept 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items to enter, click “Add to Cart & Continue to Buy” and continue entry.
2. Upload your PO item list
2.1. Create your PO item list in spread sheet. The list must have a header on top raw and two columns with Product ID and quantity as shown below. Save it as a CSV file.

2.2. Choose the PO list file you created and upload. The list will be uploaded into Quick Order form.
When there’s a invalid or discontinued items in the form it will be prompted. Make correction then click checkout.

2. Email your Purchase Order
You can email a soft-copy of your purchase order to Order Entry
Please be sure to include:
1. Your purchase order number in the "subject" line of your email.
2. Any special instructions for processing your purchase order.
3. UPS/FedEx account number if you have one.
4. BestLink Netware SKU number(s) on your purchase order.
Once your purchase order is processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address we have on file. We will also advise you of any back orders and/or price updates.

3. Fax in your Purchase Order
Fax in your Purchase Order 24 hours a day to 323-415-9110.
Once your purchase order is processed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address we have on file. We will also advise you of any back orders and/or price updates.

4. Place a Phone Order
Call BestLink Netware's sales department at (855) 456-8891 and any of our representatives will be happy to take your order. Please have your customer ID and BestLink Netware SKU(s) ready.
Once your telephone order is processed, you will be emailed an order confirmation to the email address we have on file. We will also advise of any back orders and/or price updates.

Section 2: Changing / Modifying an Order Policy

To ensure each order is processed and shipped accurately, and revision(s) made to an existing order must be submitted to BestLink Netware by 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) on the same day the original order was placed. Please call BestLink Netware customer support at (855)456-8891 to report the revision.

Any revisions submitted after the 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.

Section 3: Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel an existing order, please contact BestLink Netware customer support immediately at (855)456-8891 Monday–Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (Pacific Standard Time). All orders must be cancelled prior to courier pickup.
Cancellation Deadlines:
UPS Ground: 4:30pm (Pacific Standard Time)
UPS 3-day, 2-day, Next Day: 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
FedEx Ground: 4:30pm (Pacific Standard Time)
FedEx 3-day, 2-day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight: 2:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
On-Trac: 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
USPS Priority Mail, 1st Class, Parcel Post: 3:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)

If a cancellation request is submitted past the above stated deadline, you will need to complete a Return Material Authorization (Return Material Authorization) request.

Section 4: Minimum Order and Handling Fees Policy

A $1.50 handling fee will be added onto any order that has a merchandise subtotal total under $10.00. Bestlink Netware does not have a Minimum Order Quantity on any single order.

Section 5: Sales Tax and Payment Policy

Price: All prices are based on FOB(Free On Board) Cerritos CA, and are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax: 9.50% sales tax will be applied to Will Call orders picked up from our Cerritos California warehouse. If you are placing an order outside of California, please refer to your city and states local tax rate below. Sales tax will be added to the order unless BestLink Netware Inc. has a tax exemption on file for your business.

California Sales Tax by City

1. Credit Card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Your card is not charged when you submit the order. It is charged only when your order is ready to ship.
A signed authorization form may be required for initial orders and orders over $1000.

2. C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)
C.O.D. cashier's check, or money order. Please specify which you will use.
C.O.D. company check must be approved. Please be prepared to provide your bank info and a copy of a voided check.

Section 6: Shipping Policy

Impact of the Coronavirus on our Service Guarantee.

Within the U.S., UPS is designated among the government’s critical infrastructure and, therefore, continues to operate. The Novel Coronavirus pandemic has created unprecedented complexities, which have required us to constantly reassess our operations. Our highest priority is to help ensure the health and safety of our employees, customers, and suppliers.
Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.
As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations. We are committed to continue operating globally except where constrained by government restrictions.
Changes to Commitment Times
Delivery times for UPS Next Day Air Saver® and UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.® services scheduled for delivery on or after March 30, 2020 will be extended to end-of-day until further notice. In addition, the UPS Service Guarantee continues to be suspended for all shipments until further notice.
Prior to shipping, please check to see if the recipient’s location is open, since many some businesses’ hours may have changed either due to local restrictions or at the business’s discretion. We will make three routine delivery attempts* before returning a package to the sender. Please continue to visit this site for the most up-to-date information regarding the impact of Coronavirus on UPS services.
*Where three routine delivery attempts do not coincide with a recipient’s adjusted (e.g., shortened, or weekend-only) business hours, the package will be returned to sender.
Orders, for products that are in stock, normally ship within 24 hours of Bestlink Netware receiving the order. Overnight, 2 day, 3 day orders placed before 12:00 noon (cut off time) will be processed the same day. We will try our best to ship the same day for orders after cut off time, but not guaranteed.

All orders/products are shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex, or by truck or carrier of BestLink Netware's choice, unless specified by the customer.

We accept freight collect shipment. Please provide us your carrier's name and account number by email or phone. For online-orders, put note in the note box (step 3). Freight cost will be removed from your order.

Free Freight Service:
BestLink Netware Inc. is offering free freight service on orders over $2000.00 (merchandise total) on a single purchase order. This offer is applied to UPS/Fed-Ex Ground and truck shipments of BestLink Netware choice to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. If you need AIR service, difference between AIR and ground service will be charged. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and foreign destinations are not included in this offer. Free freight is offered to single PO over $2000.00. It will not be applied to multiple or blanket purchase orders. There will be no freight reimbursement on will call orders.

Free freight service does not apply to bulk cable and Kendall Howard racks and workbenches. Freight cost for bulk cable and Kendall Howard items will be separately calculated and added to the order.

Section 7: Claims (Shortages and Incorrect Items Received) Policy

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
You must contact the customer service at 562-677-3200 within 7 days from the date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment.
For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for inspection.
Clearance Items are final sale. Limited stock products are sold as is, non-returnable and non-refundable. Discounted price not valid with any other discounts or offers.

Section 8: Return Policy

We offer 30 days Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. Please visit our website or call customer service at 562-677-3200, in advance to obtain an Return Material Authorization number within 30 days of purchase date.
Merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be issued store credit.

We charge no re-stocking fee if merchandise is returned within 30 days.
Merchandise must be in re-sellable condition
15% Re-Stocking Fee will apply if returned AFTER 30 days.

RMA(Return Material Authorization)

You can submit a Return Material Authorization request by email or on the BestLink Netware website.
To request by fax, print Return Material Authorization request form here. Fax the completed form to (323) 415-9110.
To request on-line, go to "My Account".
Submit the request on-line, or FAX the completed form to (323)415-9110.
We will reply your on-line request with Return Material Authorization number.
The form with the Return Material Authorization number will be Faxed back to you.
Return Material Authorization numbers are good for 14 days only.
Clearly mark the Return Material Authorization number on your shipping box.
Any shipments received without Return Material Authorization numbers will be refused.
No COD shipments accepted.
About Return Material Authorization freight:
A. BestLink Netware will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. Product is DOA (Defective On Arrival)
Return Material Authorization request must be made within 5 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for DOA return.
2. We shipped wrong item to you.
We will send you UPS/FedEx shipping label (pdf) to return the package. We will also pay the freight for the replacement (when replacement is requested).
B. You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. You ordered wrong item
2. You no longer need the item
C. You will be responsible for return freight, and BestLink Netware will pay the replacement freight if the reason for return is warranty replacement.

Section 9: Will Call Policy

Pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.(Pacific Standard Time). Please allow at least a 3-hour lead time for processing. A BestLink Netware team member will call and email you once your order is ready for pickup.
Online orders:
Please use the note box (see step 3) and mention local pickup. We will remove the shipping cost from the invoice.

Section 10: Warranty Policy

Patch Cables: Lifetime warranty.
Networking Patch Panels: 25 year warranty.
Clearance Items:All Sales Final. Limited stock products are sold as is and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All Other Products: 1 year warranty from the date on the invoice.
Return Material Authorization's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.

Schools and Government

We are offering wholesale prices to hospitals, schools, and military/government offices. To be eligible for wholesale price purchasing, please sign up here.
