How We Gather Personal Customer Data

Throughout this Statement, “we” and “us” refer to BestLink Netware, Inc.

BestLink Netware Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. The information that customers share enables us to provide a more valuable shopping experience through personalization and performance monitoring. BestLink Netware collects information from our users at several different points on our website.


Registration is not required in order to place an order on our website. However, when an order is placed, the website automatically creates an account for the customer based on the information provided on the order (including name, email address, phone and fax number, etc.). Any information collected is used to contact users about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. There are also unique identifiers (such as customer number/code) that are generated in order to help us provide a more personalized customer experience. Site registration is a requirement for resellers and a Business Account Login ID is required for "reseller access". Our reseller application features information pertinent to resellers and requires the customer to mail, email, or fax a valid reseller certificate. Registration is also a requirement for "tax-exempt business access". This application also features information relevant to our tax-exempt customers and requires the customer to mail, email, or fax a valid tax exemption certificate. Acceptance of reseller applications or tax exemption certificates is not guaranteed, and is up to the discretion of BestLink Netware Inc.

Order Form

Our order form requires the user to provide personal information such as contact information (including name and billing address), financial information (including credit/debit card number or paypal account), and shipping information (which may be a third party). This information is merely used for billing purposes and to fulfill a customer's order. If we have any trouble processing an order, we use this information to contact the customer.

Order Emails

When an order is submitted, we will send an order confirmation email to the customer followed by an order update notification email (such as shipment notification, invoice, tracking information or order cancellation confirmation). We occasionally send website and service announcement updates, or promotion emails. When needed, we communicate with our customers via email or phone regarding orders, issues relating to their account, or to provide requested services.

Catalog & Flyer Request (for business customers only)

Contact information (such as name and mailing address) is required to request a wholesale catalog. We will mail any catalogs or flyers requested to the name and mailing address provided.

Technical Support / Customer Service

A user may email our customer service team about technical issues concerning our products or for pre-sale support. A name, an email address and technical information is collected so that we may help in answering the user's questions.

Chatting With Online Support

In order to chat with a BestLink Netware online support representative a user must provide personally identifiable information (such as a name, email, and phone number) along with a brief message regarding their inquiry.

RMA Request

While we strive for total customer satisfaction, unfortunately, a customer may need to return an item for a refund or exchange. In order to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, which is used to process a return, a customer must provide contact information (including name, phone number, and email).

How We Use This Data

Any information we collect online may be used to provide customers access to certain parts of the website, to enable users to purchase products from our site, to allow us to fulfill any orders, or to supply any information requested by customers. It may also be used to collect payments as appropriate, to contact customers regarding any financial transactions, to customize users' personal online shopping experience, and to analyze our performance so we can improve our service level. How We Protect Your Security

BestLink Netware takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, their information is protected both online and offline.

Our site has been identified as a "Secure Site" and has obtained a digital certificate by Verisign, a leader in computer network security. When our registration/order forms ask users to enter sensitive information (such as your credit/debit card number), we encrypt that data and protect the transmission of that information by using the most advanced form of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software: 128-bit encryption by VeriSign.

When you enter a secure part of a website (any part of a website which can display any personal information), you can confirm the security of your data by looking for a lock icon at the bottom or top of you browser. For older browsers, you should see the lock icon at the bottom of the browser become locked (vs. unlocked or open when you are visiting a non-secure page). For newer browsers, the URL address bar or the bottom right corner should show a golden lock, and the URL address should be highlighted in green. Your credit card number is not transmitted when your order is confirmed. The web order confirmation page displays only the last four digits of your credit/debit card. In order to charge your credit/debit card, we securely send the complete credit card number to a third-party credit card processing company while following the internet's best practices.

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. How Do I Order?

A. Website

The quickest and easiest way to order is through our website! Simply browse through our items and add the ones you want to your shopping cart. If you have the product ID/SKU numbers ready, using Quick Order may save you some time.

How do I use Quick Order?
Quick Order is a time saving tool for customers who have product ID/SKU numbers and quantities ready to order.

There are two ways to use our Quick Order form.

1. Simply enter the product ID/SKU numbers.
a. Enter the product ID/SKU:
· The product description and carton qty will be shown.
· Use the tab key to move to the next entry.
b. Enter the PO qty (you may want to adjust PO qty to match carton qty).
* If the PO qty exceeds our available stock, the available qty and ETA of our next shipment will be shown.
** Please note: We may not always be able to ship all our available qty.
We will call or send you an email to notify you if that is the case.
c. When all items are entered, proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout”.
The form can accept up to 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items to enter, click “Add to Cart & Continue to Buy” and continue your entry.

2. Upload your item list.
a. Create a spreadsheet list of your items (in CSV format). The list must have two columns and a header on the top row with Product ID and Qty as shown below.

b. Click "Choose File" and select the CSV file you created.
c. Click "Upload" and the list will be uploaded into Quick Order form.
* If there are invalid or discontinued items on your spreadsheet, it will be prompted.
d. Make any necessary corrections, then click checkout.

Please have your Customer ID/Code and product ID/SKU numbers ready.
An order confirmation receipt will be sent via email for orders placed over the phone.

Changing / Cancelling An Order

To change an order:

You must contact us by 3:00pm (PST) of the shipping day to make a change to an order (such as adding or removing items). Any added items after 3:00pm, or if your order has already been invoiced, will be processed as a seperate order, and you are responsible for seperate shipping charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order!

To cancel an order:

If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us before your order ships between 9:00am to 5:30pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Once the merchadise is picked up by the shipping carrier, we cannot cancel the order. Please apply for RMA if this is the case. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

Minimum Order/Handling Fees

There is no minimum order amount.
However, a $0.50 handling fee will apply to orders with a merchandise total under $10.00.

Payment Terms

All prices are based on FOB Cerritos CA, and subject to change without prior notice.
9% California sales tax will be applied to sales in California.

* Your card is not charged immediately after you submit an order.
It is charged only when your order is ready to ship
(may vary, case by case).
A signed authorization form may be required for initial orders and orders over $1000.


COD is offered for UPS delivery only.
A UPS COD fee of $12.50 applies to all COD orders.
We accept cashier's check or money order as COD payment. Please specify which one you will use.
COD company check must be approved in advance. Please be prepared to provide your bank information and a copy of a voided check.

Paypal is offered to non-business customers only.


Shipping Cut-Off Times

Air (overnight, 2-day, 3-day): 12:00pm PST

Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day. We will try our best to ship orders received after 12:00pm PST, but they are not guaranteed.

Ground: Ground orders are not guaranteed to ship the same day.

If all the items in a ground order are in stock, it will typically ship within 24 hours after the order is received. We try our best to ship out as many orders as possible on the day they are received, but any orders that don't make it typically ship no later than the following business day.

Truck/Freight: Ships next day.

We typically require an extra processing day to ship large freight orders. We will notify the customer by phone or email if there will be any further delays.

If there are any out of stock items, or if the credit card is declined, the order will be held and we will notify the customer by phone or email.

* All orders/products are shipped by UPS, FedEx, or by a truck/freight carrier of BestLink Netware's choice, unless specified by the customer.

* We accept freight collect shipments. If you'd like us to use your carrier, please provide us your carrier's name and account number. For online orders, include your UPS or FedEx account number on the freight collect column when submitting your order. For carriers other than UPS or FedEx, include your carrier's name and account information in the note box when submitting your order. The shipping cost will be removed. The customer is responsible for scheduling the pick up with their carrier, and for providing us the completed bill of lading and any paperwork necessary that is required by the carrier. Pick ups must be scheduled between 3pm to 5pm PST.

Free Freight Service.
BestLink Netware Inc. offers free freight service on orders with a merchandise total over $2,000 on a single purchase order. This offer is applied to UPS/FedEx Ground service and standard truck shipments of BestLink Netware's choice, and to commercial addresses with loading facilities in the contiguous 48 United States. Only ground and standard shipping will be covered. If you need AIR service, the difference between AIR and ground service will be charged. If the shipping address is residential or requires additional services, such as a lift gate , inside delivery, expedited or guranteed delivery service, the customer is reponsible for the service fees.

* Our free freight offer does not apply to shipments going to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and foreign destinations.

* Free freight applies only when the merchandise total is $2,000 or more on a single PO. It will not be applied to multiple or blanket POs.

* There will be no freight reimbursement on will call orders.

** Free freight service does not apply to bulk cables or Kendall Howard racks and workbenches. Freight cost for bulk cables and Kendall Howard items will be calculated seperately and added to the order.**

* We require at least 3 hours to process will call orders.

Please allow a 3-hour processing window before picking up your order.
It is always best to call and verify that your order is ready before coming to pick up your order.

On-line Orders:

If you'd like to pick up your order, select the "I will pick up my order at BestLink Netware" check box in Step 1 of checkout.

Please be prepared to provided a valid photo-ID. We may require it when you pick up your order.

Please notify us if a third party will be picking up your order, and provide their name and phone number. A valid photo-ID will be required at time of pick up.


BestLink Netware offers limited lifetime warranty on all cables and flat TV mounts (excluding bulk products).
Bulk products include networking bulk cables, RG6 bulk cables, microphone cables, lengths of unterminated cable longer than 100 feet, and other similar items. Bestlink Netware does not allow partial returns of any products in general. We advise all customers to test the entire cable / item before installation. If any part of a bulk item is found defective, we may be able to offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on how much of the product has been used. Please contact customer service for more details.

Bestlink Netware warrants to the purchaser of Flat TV / Speaker Mounts that these mounts shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and service for the life of the product. If any Bestlink Netware Flat TV Mounts fail through a defect in material or workmanship, the purchaser's remedies shall be limited to a replacement or refund.


Networking patch panels have a 25-year warranty.
All other products have a 1-year warranty from the date of the invoice.
RMA's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.

We have limited stock on clearance items, and they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Claims (shortages and incorrect items)

Please inspect ALL products in your shipment carefully upon receipt.
You must contact our customer service team withing 14 days from the date of delivery if there are any problems with your order. Customer Service: (562)677-3200.
For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for inspection.
** All sales on clearance items are FINAL SALE and sold AS IS! **
We have limited stock on clearance items, and they are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Returns / Refund

There is a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit our website or call customer service at (562)677-3200, to obtain an RMA number, within 30 days of your purchase date.

NO restocking fee(Merchandise must be in resaleable condition).

RMA (Return Material Authorization)

* You can submit your RMA request on our website or by fax.
- To request by fax, print the RMA request form
Fax the completed form to (323)415-9110. We will fax back the form with your RMA number.
- To request online, go to "My Account", and select "On-Line RMA Request".
After you submit the completed RMA request form, we will reply by email with your RMA number.
* RMA numbers are good for 21 days only.
* When returning your items, clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
* Any shipments received without RMA numbers will cause a delay in processing or may be refused.
* No COD shipments accepted.

About RMA Freight:

A. BestLink Netware will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. Product is DOA (Defective On Arrival).
* RMA requests must be made within 5 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for DOA return.
2. We shipped the incorrect item to you.
We will provide you the UPS/FedEx return label (pdf) to return the package. We will also cover the shipping cost for the replacement (when replacement is requested).

B. You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:

1. You ordered wrong item
2. You no longer need the item

C. You will be responsible for return freight, and BestLink Netware will pay the replacement freight if the reason for return is warranty replacement.

BestLink Netware offers wholesale prices to hospitals, schools, and military/government offices. To be eligible for wholesale price purchasing, please
