1. Registration Page: In order to place an order on this website,
a user must first complete the registration form. During registration,

that are not required, but requested so we can provide a more personalized

Here a user must provide contact information (including name and billing
address), financial information (including credit/debit card number

third party). This information is merely used for billing purposes
and to fulfill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an
order, we will use this information to contact the customer.
3. Other Emails: After a customer places an order, we will send an
order confirmation email followed by an order shipment or order cancellation
notification email. We occasionally may send website and service announcement
update emails. Via email or phone, we will communicate with the user

to receive a wholesale catalog, we ask for contact information (including

information that may help in answering the user's questions.
6. RMA Request: While we strive for total customer satisfaction, unfortunately
a customer may need to return an item for refund or exchange. In this
case, the customer may enter contact information (including name and
email) and product information to receive an RMA (return merchandise
authorization) number that can later be used to process the return.

Quick order Quick Order is a time saving tool for customers who has Product ID and Qty ready to place.
There are two ways to use Quick Order form.
1. Simply enter Product ID and Qty in the form.
a. Enter Product ID:
· Product description and carton qty will be shown.
· Use tab key to move to next entry
b. Enter PO qty:
You may want to adjust PO qty to match carton qty
If the PO qty exceeds our available stock , the available qty and ETA of next shipment
will be shown.
Please note we may not be able to ship all available qty however.
We will call you or send e-mail to notify when that is going to be the case.
c.When all items are entered, proceed to checkout by clicking “checkout”.
The form can accept 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items to enter, click “Add
to Cart & Continue to Buy” and continue entry.
2. Upload your PO item list
2.1. Create your PO item list in spread sheet. The list must have a header on top raw and two
columns with Product ID and Qty as shown below. Save it in CSV format
2.2. Choose the PO list file you created and upload. The list will be uploaded into
Quick Order form.
When there’s a invalid or discontinued items in the form it will be prompted. Make correction then click checkout.

C. Phone -
Call us to place your order at (888) 456-8891. Please have your
customer number and part numbers ready.
We will email you PO acknowledgement.
You must contact us by 3:00pm (PST) of the shipping day to change
order, such as adding or removing items. Adding items after 3:00pm
will be processed in seperate order, and you are responsible for
seperate shipping charge. Please notify us as soon as possible if
you need to make any change.
To cancel your order, contact us between 9am to 5:30pm (PST), Monday
Once the merchadise is picked up by couriers, we can not cancel
the order. Please apply for RMA in that case.

over $2000 merchandise total amount on a single purchase order.
This offer is applied to UPS/Fed-Ex Ground and truck shipments of

If you need AIR service, difference between AIR and ground service
will be charged. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and foreign
