How We Gather Personal Customer Data

BestLink Netware Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others. The information that customers share enables us to provide a more valuable shopping experience through personalization and performance monitoring. BestLink Netware collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

1. Registration Page: In order to place an order on this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, users are required to give their contact information (including name, email address, phone and fax number). This information is used to contact users about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. There are also unique identifiers (such as customer number) that are not required, but requested so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site. Site registration is also required for "reseller access" which features information pertinent to resellers and requires the mailing, emailing, or faxing of a valid reseller certificate; and it is also required for "tax exempt business access" which features information relevant to our tax-exempt customers and requires the mailing, emailing, or faxing of a valid tax exemption certificate. Acceptance of reseller registration or tax exemption is not guaranteed, and is up to the discretion of BestLink Netware Inc.

2. Order Form: We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (including name and billing address), financial information (including credit/debit card number and expiration date), and shipping information (which may be to a third party). This information is merely used for billing purposes and to fulfill a customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer.

3. Other Emails: After a customer places an order, we will send an order confirmation email followed by an order shipment or order cancellation notification email. We occasionally may send website and service announcement update emails. Via email or phone, we will communicate with the user to provide requested services and to cover issues relating to their account.

4. Catalog Request (for business customer only): If a user wishes to receive a wholesale catalog, we ask for contact information (including name and mailing address). We then will mail to the provided address.

5. Email to Technical Support: A user may email our customer service department about technical issues concerning our products or pre-sales support. The user volunteers a name, an email address and technical information that may help in answering the user's questions.
6. RMA Request: While we strive for total customer satisfaction, unfortunately a customer may need to return an item for refund or exchange. In this case, the customer may enter contact information (including name and email) and product information to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number that can later be used to process the return.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and offline.

We do not transmit your credit card number when confirming your order. Only the last four digits of your credit card number are revealed on the web order confirmation page. How Do I Order?

A. Web Site -
Use our online shopping cart. This is the easiest way. If you have part numbers ready, using Quick Order may save your time.

How do I use Quick Order?
Quick order Quick Order is a time saving tool for customers who has Product ID and Qty ready to place.
There are two ways to use Quick Order form.
1. Simply enter Product ID and Qty in the form.
a. Enter Product ID:
· Product description and carton qty will be shown.
· Use tab key to move to next entry
b. Enter PO qty:
You may want to adjust PO qty to match carton qty
If the PO qty exceeds our available stock , the available qty and ETA of next shipment will be shown.
Please note we may not be able to ship all available qty however. We will call you or send e-mail to notify when that is going to be the case.
c.When all items are entered, proceed to checkout by clicking “checkout”.
The form can accept 40 items at a time. If you have more than 40 items to enter, click “Add to Cart & Continue to Buy” and continue entry.
2. Upload your PO item list
2.1. Create your PO item list in spread sheet. The list must have a header on top raw and two columns with Product ID and Qty as shown below. Save it in CSV format

2.2. Choose the PO list file you created and upload. The list will be uploaded into Quick Order form.
When there’s a invalid or discontinued items in the form it will be prompted. Make correction then click checkout.
 

B. FAX -
Fax in your Purchase Orders 24 hours a day to 323-415-9110.
We will fax you back PO acknowledgement.

C. Phone -
Call us to place your order at (888) 456-8891. Please have your customer number and part numbers ready.
We will email you PO acknowledgement.


Change/Cancel order

Change:
You must contact us by 3:00pm (PST) of the shipping day to change order, such as adding or removing items. Adding items after 3:00pm will be processed in seperate order, and you are responsible for seperate shipping charge. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any change.

Cancel:
To cancel your order, contact us between 9am to 5:30pm (PST), Monday through Friday.
Once the merchadise is picked up by couriers, we can not cancel the order. Please apply for RMA in that case.

Minimum Order/Handling Fees


There is no minimum order amount.
However, orders below $10.00 mechandise total are subject to $1.00 Handling Fee.


Payment Terms

Price: All prices are based on FOB Vernon CA, and subject to change without prior notice.
8.75% sales tax will be applied to sales in California.

A. Credit Card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Your card is not charged when you submit the order. It is charged only when your order is ready to ship.
A signed authorization form may be required for initial orders and orders over $1000.

B. C.O.D.
C.O.D. cashier's check, or money order. Please specify which you will use.
C.O.D. company check must be approved. Please be prepared to provide your bank information and a copy of a voided check.


Shipping

Orders, for products in stock, normally are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Over night, 2 day, 3 day orders placed before 12:00 noon (cut off time) will be processed the same day. We will try our best to ship the same day for orders after cut off time, but not guranteed.

* All orders/products are shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex, or by truck or carrier of BestLink Netware's choice, unless specified by the customer.

* We accept freight collect shipment. Please provide us your carrier's name and account number by email or phone. For online-orders, put note in the note box (step 3). Freight cost will be removed from your order.

Free freight Service.
BestLink Netware Inc. is offering free freight service on orders over $2000 merchandise total amount on a single purchase order. This offer is applied to UPS/Fed-Ex Ground and truck shipments of BestLink's choice to addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. If you need AIR service, difference between AIR and ground service will be charged. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and foreign destinations are not included in this offer. Free freight is offered to single PO over $2000 only. It will not be applied to multiple or blanket POs. There will be no freight reimbursement on will call orders.

** Free freight service does not apply to bulk cable and Kandall Howard racks and workbenches. Freight cost for bulk cable and Kendall Howard items will be seperately calculated and added to the order.**


Will Call

Pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please allow at least a 3-hour lead time for processing. Will call orders are ready for pick up.

On-line order:
Please use the note box ( checkout step 3) and mention local pickup. We will remove the shipping cost from the invoice.


Warranty

All Cables have lifetime warranty. Nerworking patch panels have 25 year warranty.
Other products have 1 year warranty from invoice date.
RMA's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.

Claims (shortage and wrong item)

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
You must contact the customer service at 562-677-3200 within 7 days from the date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment.
For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately for inspection.
Clearance Items - **All Sales Final! - Limited Stock** Product sold "as is" - non-returnable and non-refundable. Discounted price not valid with any other discounts or offers.


Returns / Refund

We offer 30 days Money Back Gurantee on almost every product we offer. Please visit our website or call customer service at 562-677-3200, in advance to obtain an RMA number within 30 days of purchase date.
We charge NO restocking fee. (Merchandise must be in re-sellable condition)


RMA=Return Material Authorization

* You can submit RMA request by fax or on-line.
To request by fax, print RMA request form here. Fax the completed form to (323) 415-9110.
To request on-line, go to "My Account".
* Submit the request on-line, or FAX the completed form to (323)415-9110.
* We will reply your on-line request with RMA number.
* The form with the RMA number will be FAXed back to you.
* RMA numbers are good for 14 days only.
* Clearly mark the RMA number on your shipping box.
* Any shipments received without RMA numbers will be refused.
* No COD shipments accepted.

About RMA freight:
A. BestLink Netware will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. Product is DOA (Defective On Arrival)
* RMA request must be made within 5 days after receiving the merchandise to be eligible for DOA return.
2. We shipped wrong item to you.
We will send you UPS/FedEx shipping label (pdf) to return the package. We will also pay the freight for the replacement (when replacement is requested).

B. You will be responsible for the freight if the returning reason is:
1. You ordered wrong item
2. You no longer need the item

C. You will be responsible for return freight, and BestLink Netware will pay the replacement freight if the reason for return is warranty replacement.


Schools and Government

We are offering wholesale prices to hospitals, schools, and military/government offices. To be eligible for wholesale price purchasing, please sign up here.
