We offer a wide range of network and computer related products,
cables and associated accessories to end-user and the retail market.
Price on end user screen is retail price. To become a BestLink Netware reseller member, and to be
able to place orders with wholesale price you must be a business, school or institute.
How Do I Order?
A. Web Site -
Use our online ordering system for up-to-date pricing
and availability.
For faster process, use the search functions to find the specific items you need and submit
your order.
B. FAX -
For your convenience, you may fax in your orders 24 hours a day to 714-456-9105

number and part numbers ready.
* We will confirm your order within one working day.

Minimum Order/Handling Fees
There is no minimum order amount.
However, orders below $10.00 mechandise total are subject to $1.50
Handling Fee.
Payment Terms
A. Credit Card
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
A signed authorization form is required for initial orders and orders
over $1000.
No extra charge will be added to the credit card prices.
B. C.O.D.
C.O.D. cashier's check, or money order. Please specify which you
will use.
C.O.D. company check must be approved. Please be prepared
to provide your bank information and a copy of a voided check.
C. Net Terms/Open Accounts
Net15 or Net30 will be given only to public schools and qualified
customers upon authorization. Your credit information is required.

Shipping
Orders, for products in stock, normally are shipped within 48 hours
of receipt.
* All orders/products are shipped by UPS, or by truck or carrier
of BestLink Netware's choice, unless specified by the customer.
* Please provide the name, contact, and phone number if you wish
to designate your freight carrier, designate "freight collect"
or "prepay + add".
Free freight Service.
For a limited time, BestLink Netware Inc. is offering free freight
on orders totaling $2000 and over. This offer includes regular UPS
Ground and truck shipments to addresses in the contiguous 48 United
States. Shipments to AK, HI, PR, US Territories and foreign destinations
are not included in this offer. Free freight is offered to single
PO over $2000 (excluding bulk cables) only. It will not be applied
to multiple or blanket POs.
** Free freight service does not apply to bulk cable.
Freight cost for bulk cable items will be seperately calculated and added to the order.**
Will Call
Pick-up hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please allow at least
a 3-hour lead time for processing. Will call orders are ready for
pick up.
Warranty
All Cables have lifetime warranty. Nerworking patch panels have 25 year warranty.
Other products have 1 year warranty from invoice date.
All products being returned for credit must be claimed within 7
days of receipt. See Returns.
RMA's do not extend the warranty after the warranty period.

"as is" - non-returnable and non-refundable. Discounted
price not valid with any other discounts or offers.
RMA/Claims
Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival.
You must contact the RMA department within 7 days from the date
you accepted delivery if there are any problems with your shipment.
For shipments received damaged, contact the carrier immediately
for inspection.

"as is" - non-returnable and non-refundable. Discounted
price not valid with any other discounts or offers.
Returns
You may return products for exchange or credit (no refunds) within
30 days from the invoice date.
No credits are given after 30 days from the invoice date, only repairs
or replacements.
In-house credits only. Sorry, no refunds.
All products being returned for credit must be free of defect and
in resaleable condition.
Items returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
RMA (Return Material Authorization)
- You must call first to request an RMA form.
- FAX the completed form to (714)456-9105.
- The form with the RMA number will be FAXed back to you.
- No RMA is issued without serial numbers and invoice numbers.
- RMA numbers are good for 21 days only.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on your shipping box.
- Any shipments received without RMA numbers will be refused.
- No COD shipments accepted.
- No cross-shipping. We must receive the product to be exchanged
first.
Schools and educational
institutes
We are offering wholesale prices to hospitals, schools, and other
educational institutes. To be eligible for wholesale price purchasing,
please sign up here.
We will set up an account upon verification, and e-mail you log
in ID and password. We also offer NET15 or NET30 terms to public
